I'm not baaaaack!

Just stopped in to say hello. It's probably been 2 years since I've posted on the .org. Steve messaged me on Facebook to vote on his Camaro for COTM so it gave me a reason to log in.

My Firebird is long gone, as are 99.9% of the extra parts I had laying around for thirdgens. I used the Firebird money to buy stuff like an LS engine and 6-speed auto for my '66 Caprice. Hopefully it will see the street again next summer.

I see a bunch of old-timers are still around. Hope you're all doing well.

Kevin

No one ever leaves.

Think of thirdgen.org as a plunger.

U push down, it comes up, it goes down, repeat

Hey, that plunger theory checks out. 7-1/2 years later and I’m back on TGO with a new username and new thirdgen.

I bought an ‘89 IROC to fool around with. What happened to this board? I remember when the 1st page of threads would all be from the same month. Now the last threads on page 1 go back 3.5 years!

Anyone still posting that remembers ‘Firebird 383’ (my old username)?

Damn Kevin good to see you have a thirdgen again. Not sure if you remember me, the other Kevin. We both had out cars painted by Jay, along with Steve.

yeah

Well, maybe we should all do a get together with the old faces.

I still have a thirdgen, and it goes like a bat out of hell. Its top-end is truly terrifying.
