Me and a couple of buddies are planning on coming but im the only one that is bringing my car. I was wondering if there is a cost for the peeps who dont have a car that want to get in. Also how much is it to camp and how and where do you reserve a spot for that.

I just found out about thirdgen nationals a few days ago so im a little misinformed

thanks for all the help

there is a $12 downpayment fee for every car, per car.

more camping info will be posted soon, but expect to pay abot $25 per nite per camp site that fits 6 people. reservation info will be posted when i make a sticky post about camping.

as far as total cost, if we don't rent the track, I may only have to collect $5 from everyone, minus lodging, bbq money, and cost to either race or watch at the track.

Now, if we rent it, the total cost I will need to further collect, may be around $30-40 per person.

But don't let that be too misleading, as it will cost around $15 to race at teh track per person if we don't rent it.

i would think since you have to pay the downpayment that if your not entering the show then it would be free to look at the cars.

A lot of cars in the show wont be show worthy. Including mine, but please don't confuse this car show part, as a show exclusively, this is where we will all be able to park together and hang out, have fun, and everything else. If ANYONE is bringing a 3rd Gen they will be within the "show" and responsible for the downpayment fee and any other fee that I collect later on.

If you aren't bringing a 3rd Gen, you or the group of people in the non thirdgen car are responsible for only the downpayment fee, and the cost off the individual person for the bbq which I will collect later on.

Later on, I will make an online form with all the rules and what not explaining things for people to fill out . I shuld have done this sooner, but I will within a week or so, I'm a bit busy right now, but will send it out in an email.

Yes, no matter if you race or not, see I'd like to not rent the track to make that cost lower, but you'll have to either pay separately to race or watch, just not as much to watch, if we don't rent it.
