13 second club

A few of us CANADIANS joined the 13 second club today at an f-body drag day.

I hit a 13.9@95.7 using a stock LG4 intake and a .455/.455 cam in my mild 355.

I have trapped as high as 102 before... what does this mean?

i was there and i also joined the 13 sec club. 13.87 @ 99.33

i have never trapped more then 100.xx mph. i have a 355 as well.

usually my faster ETs have lower mph, what does this indicate?

if someone could explain that would be great.

Look at what rpm your crossing the finish line at, probably no where near redline like it should be for 1/4mi. racing. Put a steeper gear in and times will be quicker yet, mph might fall off a little or even possibly stay the same. Both your motors obviously have even umph to get good times, now ya just have to find that combination to maximize it.
