'94 Z28 with mods

Hey everyone,
what are your opinions on the following setup, what times do you think it will be capable of running in the 1/4 ??
It's a '94 Z28 with M6 and the following mods.....Borla cat-back exhaust w/ Hi-Flow cat, Moroso cold air, B&M Ripper, BMR adjustable panhard rod, BMR LCAs w/ bolt-on adjustable LCA brackets, Thunder Racing brake package w/ PowerSlot rotors, Hawk pads, and stainless steel brake lines...and some others....

Are you planning on racing him. If not this is gonna get locked. If you are going to race him you better run better than mid 13's.

the 94 will run mid 13's maybe worse of 13.7 best 13.4 if he knows how to drive.

mid to low 13s like Mic said. if drag radials most likely low.

my GFs 94' Formula has almost the EXACT same setup. it runs 13.24 at 103.97mph... with an auto! if this guy can drive stick, and especially with that short throw shifter, expect better than that
