90 GTA vs. 2003 Mustang GT

1990 GTA : 5.7 TPI, L.T. headers, Crane 2032 cam, 1.52 roller tip rockers, AFPR, ported plenum, double roller timing chain & sprockets, freshly rebuilt tranny with vette servo,.500 boost valve,s-10 converter, 3.23 rear gears.(posi)

2003 Mustang GT : 4.6, all stock except K&N air filter

Do you think I will beat him pretty easy? This is my brother's stang, so you can imagine the trash talking! Especially since my car has not been drivable since he bought his. I did all the above mods and then my fuel pump went out the next day, put in a Walbro 255 lph and then the tranny went. I have been saving for a tranny and I finally got one, I just need to install it. My car used to run consistent 14.5's with a best of 14.42 bone stock except for K&N air filter. I have not run it with current mods yet. Any ideas what I SHOULD run? We will be heading to the track after I get my tranny in.

Assuming your car runs worth a crap and you get any gremlins sorted out you should bootkick the crap outta him... Is his a 5spd, if not it will be even worse for him?

If he can drive it'll be a good race but you should be able to edge him out in the end.
