So they only made good Mustangs from 64 - 73? Then just started kicking out Pinto's and Escorts.

last time I was at the track in Nov. it ran a 13.59@101.36 Thats with stock heads and cam. Since then a installed underdrive pullies and a Prominator Pro Chip. I have not been back to the track since Nov. but the Gtech has given me a 13.21 in the cars current form.

In sig.

The Camaro would do much better with "real" gears, more stall, and a tranny that shifts from 2-3 @ WOT.

well... w/ a 188k lg4 running rich with valvetrain noise, i think i'd be lucky to hit 16s IMHO.

prolly got around ~110rwhp and ~200rwtq

just a guess,

I haven't ran it yet (maybe soon), but it put down 238whp and 324wtq uncorrected. I'm just hoping to hit low 14's for now with the regular ol' 245 street tires.
It feels really slow after driving the Talon.

350HO crate engine with compression bump and XE274 camshaft:

12.28 @ 111.85 on radials is the best pass so far in a 1982 Camaro. Looking to relocate battery, add an electric water pump and a few other things to try to crack 11's.

13.82 at about 100mph, right off the street with 29* total timing, premium, nitto drag radials dropped down to 20 psi.

Then once I bumped the timing up to 34* total, and with as low as 16 psi in the drag radials, I couldn't hook up, and slowed me down to 14.30's.

I'm currently working on an lt1 intake swap, and a single or dual roots blower for the car, keeping in mind its my daily driver, and I get 24 mpg, not bad. If I don't do the blower setup, a cam and true double roller timing chain are going in.

350 TBI on horrible tune. 15.98@88 I think.

350 TPI on GTECH with 10psi too much fuel pressure, AC on, and really easy launch, 15.15@86.(Corrected for GTECH) I wonder if that bog for about 3 seconds at 80 had an effect.

After I lowered the FP, I took it on the highway and by the end of the on-ramp, I was at 120. From a 30 roll though.

Mods in sig. Best run is in sig. Don't laugh at the time compared to the parts. My tranny is slipping badly, I have no stall, stock gears, injectors are going static, stock chip/computer.... If I only had money... Anyway, when I get the injectors and chip fixed, prolly be pushing about 450 at the flywheel, maybe a lil more.

Best time so far in sig, first time out with the new engine to get a baseline run. Should be faster next time out which looks to be this weekend.

Quickest ET is in sig. That was on a 100 shot of n20. Best on motor is 12.98 @ 107.5 MPH. I'm too afraid to run slicks because I'm still using the stock trans - T5 w/ about 120K on it.
