what kinda times are people runnin with there 305's
Hey, 12's in a 305 is hardly ever heard of. To do this you'll need gears, full exhaust, headers, intake manifold, cam, heads, and probably a good shot of nitrous. That will give you the power to get into the 12's, but you'll still need to get great traction. If you want to run 12's I suggest buying a 350, or 383. Those will put you into the 13's with little effort. To see a 305 run 12's will be truly amazing. If you plan to do that, I wish you luck. I'm having trouble running 14's
But if you have the money, you should be able to.

Tim, NJspeeder1 may be in the 12's, I know he is going to find out in a couple weeks.
And this is with a 305 TBI, for all you who don't think TBI can make any power
Seriosly though, I plan on putting a new rear, L31 heads, LT1 cam and an RPM performer intake and run low 13's with my TBI. With the help of some lca's, a shiftkit and SFCs.
I'll find out in the summer.

I'm sure he has some tricks up his sleeve to manage that!
