i pulled out my 305 tpi and put a remanufactured 350 bored 40 over in, i put all my 305 stuff on this motor like the intake, plentum, runners and the stock 305 fuel injectors. went to track tonight and ran a
r/t .060
60 2.202
1/8 10.053
mph 69.07
1/4 15.793
mph 87.56
my question is that 4 runs i did i cant get faster than 88mph it flattens out, 1st gear does good shifts hard and fast same with second but time it hits 3(or drive) it wont goit falls on its face i have 3.73 rearend but i have stock 305 injectors could it be starving the motor that much or do i have more issues i have some tire spin but not bad.
thanks for any input

The intake plenum and runners are the same between motors I believe, but the 305 injectors are smaller and can hurt you. I'm assuming you're still using the 305 cpu/chip also right? That would definetly run you leaner than it should be.

i would definately get a 350 TPI computer chip and injectors. else just use the 350 TPI chip and crank up the fuel pressure to like 50psi with a AFPR
