Edelbrock performer: cam, EPS intake, 600cfm carb
14" open element K&N
Hedman full length headers and dual lake pipes(no cats or mufflers)

Im going to have to say anywhere from low low 14s to low 15s. If that motor is a 74 spec, it will prob have lower compression.

well when i had the engine apart a couple weeks ago i looked up the casting number on the block on some guys home jobbie website and it said a '74 but i was also told by one of the guys that was around when the engine swap took place (before i got it) that it was a '63 so i really have no clue

Is their any good sites anyone knows of that i can look up my casting number??

Edit: also, my 0-100km/h is 5sec

aite, thx

i guess the other site was somewhat correct.

Casting# 3970014 70-76 350ci

So i guess this would most likely make it a low compression engine right??

hmmmm im thinking blower...

That’s a loaded question… in theory those parts could support something in the 400-450bhp range if _everything_ was done perfectly/tuned perfectly… that would make for a pretty fast f-body. Real world, average condition parts, average monkey assembling them and tuning them… well, I’ve seen a lot of similar setups run slower then a stock L98…

well i doubt i could get 350+ hp out of the block i have, the rods are already getting loose and to top it off its only a 2 bolt.

Earlier today i ordered in a rebuilt block w/rotating assy, its a 4bolt so less chance of me dropping the crank on the pavement
