Hey Im curious about what my car should run. I have everything listed below. The motor is one of those Trickflow Kits for 490 Horse and 440 Torque. I want to go to the track soon but just wondering if anyone has a good estimate. If you guys could also post your setups and what you run that would be awesome. Thanks!

assuming the rear end or trans do not let loose i'd imagine low 12s high 11s when all is said and done.

thanks i'll have action shots of it in two weeks or so at the track....should have a lot of air under the front tires. I'd tune the car for a few weeks at the track to get it completely dialed in, carb, timing, suspension, shift points, etc etc before even trying the nitrous at all. Post some times when you take it to the track and good luck on that trans, when it goes get a TH350 for sure.

You should be able to get into the high 11's with that combo assuming you have some sticky tires.

yea im definitely gonna tune the F out of it for max power. If all goes well, might run the nitrous. i would like to just run all motor, nitrous is pretty harsh on an engine. if something blows, it blows. thats drag racing correct? ill definitely post up my slip once i hit the track. i think im going sept 16th to New England Dragway

I don't want to burst your bubble but that "490 HP" might be available at the crank but from looking at your parts, I doubt you've got that much.
Taking a wild guess, I'd go with mid 12's and maybe a low 12. I don't think you have enough to get an 11. At least not without a power adder.
NOS doesn't hurt an engine. Too much in an engine not built for that much power will hurt it. Not enough fuel mixed with the NOS (lean) will hurt it. A typical 100-150 kit should not hurt a good running engine unless it goes lean.
Now all that extra power could hurt other things like tranny, diff, u-joints.
