ah, thank you. My T10 doesn't seem to mind it on the 1-2, but 2-3 i've managed to slam it back into 1st once, so i'm a little cautious about doing it now.

It means to keep your foot on the gas AND let the clutch pedal slip off of your foot rather than using your leg in a controlled release of the pedal.
Fast, but I don't recommend it....

keep the right foot to the floor, step the clutch down to the floor, move the shifter and side step your foot to the left to let the clutch "pop" back up on its own.

ah, ok, that makes sense. I think pulling my foot back is quick enough for me..
