help me lower times without more mods

my l98 with 2.77 and full exhaust/ free mods ran 14.4 w/ a 2.2 60 foot with a launch at 750rpms and street tires with 25psi in them. My question is i think my car has more in it should i just leave the factory 35psi in the tires since they are street radials and not drag radials or slicks? Also what rpm should i launch it?

try to brake stall the converter as high as it'll go without breaking the tires loose and from there, play with tire pressure to get maximum traction.
