what do u think about this in the 1/4 mile

84 camaro z28 with a 355 engine with 10to1 cr a set of trick flow heads 2.02 1.60 195 runner edelbrook perfrom rpm intake 750 holley msd 8.5 wires summit blueprinted hei dist blue racer .480 cam 4.10 posi rear, 350th with mild shift kit 2200 stall convertor, Heddman 1 5/8 shorty hedders, custom y pipe complete 3 inch ext and flowmasters, 16 degree's advanced timing. and new mickey's et street tires and what do yall think about this will do in the 1/4 mile i'm hope for high 12s

looks like a pretty stout combo.. headers are choking it though.. be a man and step up to some 1-3/4" LT's.. haha joking.. the motor should make some good lowend torque for a 355.. and 16* advance, is that total?? i hope not cause i run 36* total.. should be in the 12's with a good hookup.. my guess would be 12.8ish.. good luck

16* advance, is that total?? i dont know what it is total aint sure how to find out the advance

that 16* is probably initial.. the way i check my timing is i have a timing light with a dial on it that can automatically advance the timing for the light.. say i set it on 36*, i run the motor up to about 2500rpm then shine at the timing tab.. if the tab and balancer line up zero, then its at 36* advance.. good tools help alot..

you should be able to get it at most auto parts stores.. this is the one i have.. you can see the **** on the back that i use to dial in the timing..

i have about the same setup....with a slighty bigger cam and higher stall ( bigger stall would help alot ) but you have better heads.... and my car runs mid 12's....another thing i was running a 750dp and then dropped down to a 650 db and picked up .3 tenths
