Almost done, what will i run question

Iv posted my build in the engine board before, and asked what I would run, but I think this is the better place to do it.
I have an 86 berlinetta that came with a 305 and now I'm putting a 350 in it.
Comp cams xe262 cam
edelbrock performer intake
ported heads cut for 1.9x intake valves
650cfm holley DP, mech. choke and secondaries
Those are the things that I have done, or already have. Exhaust is pretty much stock with a dynomax 2.5 inch catback. What could I run with this combo?

Sometime after the engine is broken in, and I can build up some more money, I plan on getting hooker 2055s, to a 3 inch catback, with a high flow cat.
I'm going to get a posi unit for sure, and gears if i can figure out what I need.
What times can I expect after those mods?

tires-stock width street tires, but they are brand new
tranny-700-r4, shifts pretty strong, but will be getting a shift kit too
converter-stock
gears-2.73s, stock
race weight- no idea, but it has electic fan, NO computer stuff or polution control/air stuff. engine bay had a ton of stuff removed that it didnt need.

Maybe mid to high 14s if you can get a decent 60' and into the 15s if you don't. I would think a VS carb would be better suited to your combo.
