That's great if you have a tube chassis to put it on.

Why buy that, when you can wait and buy it as a roller for 50% less.

I wouldnt mind a tube chassis car. very light weight , and put a big mountain engine in it without worring if it is going to fit.

Where to add weight? Take a good look at cars like that when the body or front end is off. They have bars of lead weight attached to the frame at the very front of the car.

Yeah I know.Chassis tuning on cars like that are very sensitive.Huge wheel stands are considered wasted energy and well.........they don't really win races. You want it to move forward and not really up.

Re: Light Wt??.A walk on the wild side

There is lighter out there.......I know of one that is another 5-6#'s lighter.

It's called pro-mod boys. Several of them @ or slightly under 2000lbs w/ driver ready to race. Car I was just helping on had just under $20k from CF rotor to CF rotor just in the rear end. Even after a few years use & the huge depreciation those cars will still be more $ than a nice 3/2 house.
