How to run 1/4 with 150 shot, slicks, and auto trans?
How to run 1/4 with 150 shot, slicks, and auto trans?
I am thinking of adding 150 shot and 26x9 slicks to my car for next season. I have no idea how to run w/ nos and slicks!
-how much pressure should I put in the slicks, how long should I burn out??
-how do I launch (stall it or just mash the gas)
-when do I arm/activate the NOS?

I would start with the smallest jets, and work on traction first. Start at 20psi in your slicks, and work from there. Your launch shouldn't be affected too much, because unless you launch at wide open, your nitrous isn't going to be engaged yet anyway, if you do launch at WFO, just go with the smallest jets first, and then move up as you figure out traction
