A NEED TO KNOW QUESTION?????
which will give me better results: letting the 700r4 shift itself from Drive or manually shift it .i have a B&M trans pak kit in it. ANY ONE KNOW

depends on your shift points, a stock tpi runs out of power at 5000, but usually doesn't shift until around 5600, just decide when your car needs to shift, and decide whether the tranny shifts on its own at around that rpm.
