1/4 mile estimates

My 82 z weighs 3546 with me in it. I just rebuilt a 350 w/4 bolt mains, stock bottom end, aluminum flat top pistons,heavily ported 882 heads, GM 151 cam, Edelbrock Torker intake, 750 Performer carb, headman headers with 2" dual exaust. Borg warner T-10 4spd and 3.23 posi rear end. How fast should I be?

Mid 13's if you get get it to launch(< 2.0, 60ft), high 13's if you can't.
