I posted this in the ltx/lsx forums aswell but thought id share here.Had numerous problems with the car from clutch pedal sticking to the floor,3rd gear grinding or miss shifting(time for a short sifter),traction was a pita..but cant expect much on my all season tires lol.And I was just plain scared i was going to break the stock rear and need to tow my car 2.5hrs back home.My best pass was 13.5@109...most were 13.7@110 and another pass I hit 112mph.Most guys had a hard time getting to hook so I dont feel too bad.A supercharged srt8 challenger did a best of 13.3 which is nothing to brag about.All in all I had fun..made new friends.I got over 15 passes and drove back home safe lol.

Man, you have a ton left dropping that 60 foot down, a poor 1.8 would knock off a half second probably.

 

Yea Im going to work on getting my 60ft time down.Do longer burnout,lower tire pressure,take the sub box out during my runs.I was launching around 1500-2000 rpm trying to find the sweet spot without bogging or spinning.I think a high 12s is what Ill get out of it as it sits.

 

My last time slip is almost identical to yours. I can't get my stupid car to hook to save my life. I ran a 13.3 @ 110. Almost the same 60 ft and 1/8 mile time and speed. No traction is no fun.

 

My Mph is way slower which makes me think your leaving alot at the start or your gears are way off from best 1/4. Trap speeds like that(110mph) is screaming mid 12's. Just woundering what Rpms and gear are you pushing the stripe with??

Launching around 1700 rpm,3.23 gear,3rd gear grinds on hard shifting so I gotta dbl clutch,hitting the traps at the top of 3rd at 6600rpm.

I love doing incar vids,problem is the camera im using has a low mic so the volume just isnt very loud but takes pretty good vid in hd with a very wide angle.

 

Well it was a good video considering, I cant seem to get mine to work well in the car either so I just get others to vid tape me.

I think your car has better times in its future just with you getting more compfortable with the car as time goes on.
