Not quite a third gen, but close. Its a TPI corvette, however this is about the best informative site especially in regards to TPI. I will give you as much info as I can.
3400 lbs estimate with driver
3.07 dana 44 rear
4 plus 3 manual (not racing with overdrive on so just consider it a 4 speed
NEW 255, 50 /16 bfg drag radials
heavy duty clutch
1985 tpi l98
First gen style slp runners
crower cam -- 228 @50 intake , 232@50 exhaust
26lb injectors
underdrive pulleys
Adjustable regulator (fuel)
Full exhaust with h pipe and borla mufflers
Tuned chip
Car has a choppy idle and pulls hard through the gears, revs easily to 6000, it would go higher, but I dont want to over rev it. Where as my stock TPI on my 1990 vette pulls hard through first this one keeps going. It is noticeably faster than our lt1 firehawk (6sp, 3.42) but no scientific data to back it up other than a couple sprints down the road
It was tastefully done, the car of my former auto professor who had it since probably 1990, I bought it in 2007. As opposed to many hack jobs i see, obviously he new what he was doing.

Stock base and plenum? Stock heads?
Depending on altitude and weight, likely mid high 12's. vettes have gone high 12's with bolt ons only. Cam is gonna help. Stock base is not tho. needs ported to really shine. If cant drive well and get it off the line then high 12's low 13's likely.

i think you'll struggle getting it to sixty with those tires and a manual trans...if it hooks it'll go into the 12's.
