For anyone who is interested, my school's car club is holding an autocross this weekend. I attend Kettering University (formerly GMI), and i have been involved in the club for about 3 yrs and generally do pretty good in my underpowered AT neon.

Its your basic SCCA solo style, one car at a time, cones, timing equipment etc. A very relaxed atmosphere, noone is out to be a hero.

Its is going to be held on Sunday between 10am and 4pm. We generally only have about 10 cars show up to the cold events (upwards of 40 in the summer!), so you get to run basically as much as you want to.

Anyone can show up and run, we have helmets if you need one. I can post directions if anyone is interested.
