To make it technical... I checked out that red/silver 82 Z28 in Bandon today.. no price, but its a nice shape.

LG4/Auto with Black interior in great shape also.. pretty nice car. Maybe Ill call and see what he wants for it.

I have no control over what others do. Mayhem did what he did without my consent and I had no say in what he did because quite honestly, I didn't know about it until it was done.

The post was also made the first night of the gathering (when everyone was there, not just one or two people on the first) ...

I know y'all don't agree with my beliefs, I know y'all don't agree with my lifestyle, and I know y'all don't share the same humor I do. But if you think for one moment I'd do anything to ruin the entire Cascade Crew, you're sorely mistaken. I have nothing but love for everyone here, even Joe after what he's said and even Mike whom I've had various differences, along with Johnny who most have seen we don't get along much at all... I hold nothing against any of you no matter how I've been treated, I view you all as family, and as friends, and I have never questioned that. Family members have their differences with other family members, it happens, thats how life goes.

Demon, If you know that many people don't agree with your beliefs, lifestyle, and humor, why do you push it at everyone all of the time. I wanted to meet you in person before making any decisions, but you didn't care to make it to the gathering. I could care less if you stick around. I am sick of reading your junk.

I don't push it on anyone, thats the thing. I have stated plenty of times that I am what I am when I am asked, as have others. I never push my beliefs or opinions on anyone, I only ask that they keep an open mind when something concerns them when other people are posting much of the same of their own.

As for my Humor, everyone has a different style of humor. I share the same humor as a few others do in the crew, I'm just more open about how I do things than most. I also have different types of humor for different moods, most people who have been around me long enough know this, even if its just online.

I had a few reasons for not going to the gathering, most of which I did not tell Joe, because up until his IM that night, I had planned on making a surprise visit. But I didn't, I did something else instead which paid off to me more in the long run, and i won't tell what it is because quite frankly I doubt many people care anymore as it stands.

This is America, I'm entitled to have my own opinions, faith or lack their of, beliefs, lifestyle, and freedom of speech, even on message boards. I have always opted to take my freedom of speech, granted I may take it too far sometimes, but I try to keep within others limits for how much they can take.

There is no rule that says everything I say or do in life has to please everyone.

People took offense to certain things I've done, for instance, my 666 sig. When asked to change it, eventually I did, but I've always made it known to the best of my abilities even to the newcomers that if they've got a problem with something I'm doing, to take it up with me. I've taken offense to the fact that instead of bringing things up with me about their problems, that they went to moderators/admins, so I don't get the entire story of what offends who and why. If theres a person behind the offended party instead of just words, it makes things a lot easier for both people so there can be a discussion and an agreement and more than likely a change. Faceless indirect comments through a 3rd party do not help, words can get twisted, meanings can get lost, and something other than intended happens.

Cascade Crew used to be one of the most diverse groups around. Peoples opinions were not bashed, peoples lifestyles were not questioned, and peoples differences were something that was discussed directly either through IMs, or when the chance comes, in person. Now... I don't know what to think in all honesty, that was a quality I admired, and a quality that others believed in because whenever someone had a problem with me, I knew about it from them, and I made changes when things are discussed directly.

I had hoped someone would have taken the time to discuss the situation I missed out on down at ER rationally, but obviously that didn't happen as you can see Joe's nice little IM in the second link up there...

90% of the threads around here consist of the same I's and Me's as my threads do, go back and read some of yours, they have the same ratio of the words for the size

the only ones that don't are the ones that are one or two liners.

because joe is making such a big deal about a few words on a board that is more or less usually a free-for-all for fun instead of being rational about it in the first place.

However since you bring it up, either you meant what you said on 3GO or you mean what you say here. Which one is it or do we get to decide what post is the lie because we now have proof that your a liar no matter how you answer.

like I said, y'all take things too seriously sometimes, especially on 3GO.

All my arguements as of late have had nothing to do with me being banned unless one of you brings it up and says I'm whining, when in fact I'm using it as an example for something completely different. I cared about being banned at the start because IMO it was BS because I was trying to get something done and didn't do the other thing... I stopped caring when people took what I said out of context or nitpicked through threads and just pointed out small things about me being banned and didn't bother going through the entire post. If you're going to respond, I prefer responding in full, not just nitpicking, I'd rather get a view of the full spectrum of ideas, not just the fact that I was banned. Failing that, I stopped caring about it. So it doesn't bother me either... I knew why I got banned and I accepted that, it didn't bother me then because it was a 15 day thing (ok now its been 16, oh well) ...

However if it does become permanent, it sure does leave something to say about the once prideful diversity of the crew, as well as how tolerable of peoples differences no matter how odd or whatever.

Banning me doesn't keep me from being a part of the crew though, regardless of not being able to view the boards (of which I never had the ability to do while banned and still don't)...

So what exactly am I lying about?

Joking around on 3GO when everyone here knows that 95% of what is said and done on 3GO isn't to be taken seriously anyway?

If you think I'm lying about Mayhem, think again, I have no control over his actions, and I barely know the kid, nor am I or was i too thrilled he did what he did.

Still, once the board is back up you ban is lifted. One screw up and it will be permanatly reinstated as voted on by the membership.

One thing you forget here is the once diverse and tolerant CC was made up of a handful of people, now it's growing and you either grow or wilt, your choice. Stop dwelling on the past and decide if you can grow in the direction of the crew and then keep it tolerable or go your own way. Thats what happens in life.
