Oil leak issue
I was doing an oil change on my car when I noticed that the sensor that screws into my oil cooling unit which my oil filter screws onto as well was leaking through the plug. not a hard fix I just don't know what sensor it is. I think its the oil pressure switch (fuel pump) as it says in my chilton, but when I look up a picture of it online it doesn't match what I saw. Plus I beliece the oil pressure switch sits just under the head. If anyone can help out and let me know what sensor it is it would be greatly appreciated so I can get my beast back on the road. 5.7L T.P.I.

Re: Oil leak issue
It's all about the people behind the counter for me.
My local Schucks has one awesome guy so I go there. If he ever leaves so do I. The local NAPA is good, but expensive for normal maintenance parts. However, when it comes to fasteners and things like that NAPA is way better as they can buy them by the box instead of in a little plastic package.
Plus, Ian works are Schucks, so it can't be all bad

Re: Oil leak issue
Last I talked to Ian he worked at the Schucks in Bothell, but that could of changed.
And yes, O'Reilly's is changing some things, and I wouldn't say for the better.
