not sure if id drop 6500 though. (wont have that much anyways) but definatly wouldnt ask a question anything below 5k.
anyone care to give opinions on the value or what to look out for when i look at it? in case i miss something

if it has been sitting for 10 years, plan to put come cash and time into it getting injectors ans such replaced, but imo, it would be worth looking into

Test EVERY electrical switch, motor, electrical component, etc. Ask for any mods, and look for any wiring out of place or its loom. $6500 is too much. I get that it looks clean, but over 120k? Not worth $6500. Check the RPO codes (or get a picture of them from the owner and check them before you get there). I wish it had a picture of the engine bay... I would try to get one from him. You can verify the engine numbers with the VIN if you want. It is probably original, but if it isn't you could beat him down on price. Above all, don't get too excited.

Like everyone said that's to much money. Sitting for 10 years meen it needs 500 to 1000 in work and probably even new tires.
Have you looked at in person? There are some nice ones in the Portland area too. I would start at 4k if it looks good and the interrior is perfect. I bought a 69 firebird that was in heated storage for 10 years and it has cost me about 2k to make it road ready the tires had flat spots.
But bottom line it's your decission and the market is up rite now. But still no one is buying. Give him or her 2 weeks and see where the price is and make him an offer. You act now he'll hold out. 120k is alot of miles for 6500 bucks.
