On the road again :-)
Thanks to my own personal mechanic (who also is my wife) 
The Fuel Pump Relay was corroded, so she sprayed some electrical cleaner on the connections and scraped some goo off of it.
Not realizing that this was the problem but just eliminating the possible faults, she went back in the house to take a break. Later she wondered if doing the cleaning helped, she went back out and turned it over and wala
We have ignition. 
Ann called me at work on the cordless and said "Listen to this" vroooom vrooom
Car runs so much better.
Thanks to all who helped and a special thanks to my wife Ann !!
