New heads arrived
Well my new heads arrived today. Now I can get to work on that 327 transplant. Heads look good. They're just reworked 305 heads though. They've been opened up to 64 cc. Mostly around the valves. Have new valves 1.94s and stainless exhausts. New springs retainers etc. Only cost $330 complete, no core, no shipping from Performance Products in Arizona. Should work fine on the little 327.
Chevymad,
I have a set of comp cams roller tip rockers that have a 1.6 ratio for sale if you want? let me know, I can't use them because my cam has .515/.555 lift and the springs are only rated for lifts up to .540. So, I decieded to sell the 1.6 roller rockers. I only had 5K miles on the rocker arms and they are almost new.

Hey thanks for the offer. I'm fine for now. Havent gotten into the roller rocker thing. My cams alot more mild than yours! Only running a XE 252H in the 327. Ran real good in the truck course it was 4300lbs too. Ran a stock cam in the same motor in a 68 velle. Use to really fly. Wasnt as quick as the 396 but out and out it was faster.
