Well, Crap........
My landlord called today and said he wanted to sell the house I'm living in....... To me!
$41,000, 0 down, 7.5% for 20 years, He'll carry the papers and pay all fees. Total out of pocket for me, 0!
The house accross from me is listed for $62,500 and the one 2 doors down is on the market for $67,000. Mines worth about $64,000.
I took it.
