ticket for modified exhaust
son got a ticket for modified exhaust but we had it replaced at mineke so how is it modified? its a 97 honda civic the only thing different is the tail pipe extends out farther then the original to slant up because its been lowered. it fllods a little were he parks so we thought it would be a good idea
