howdy all, looking for a couple more things
Long time no chat. I have been reading though. Good to hear the 92 is coming home, though bad to hear school didn't go so well. I am still up in the air about digging up a 3 series posi for the 9 bolt.
I am looking for the black front bumper pieces seen here. I am also in need of 2 245-255/50/16 tires. These i am tempted to just outright buy from TIRERACK, but suggestions are welcome. Cheap is good, as shipping will no doubt add 20 bucks per tire.
I AM GOING TO TRY, to register the car in Feb. I just went through with my toyota, and they gave me crap for changing my C/V boot. I had to pay some clown an extra 30 bucks to sign off on the front end alignment , though i changed nothing on it. UGH CAN'T WAIT TO GET RAKED OVER WITH THE TOY!!!
thanks and laters

Well, I'm not happy about it -- It's just another example of something that should be simple and routine, like changing from college-to-college, made more difficult and expensive by being isolated in the middle of nowhere. I'd rather be sending my '87 to Arizona to park next to the '92, so my son and I can start building a race car over there and Summit can send tons of stuff to my house by rail ... sigh ... but noooooo... life is going into reverse. Well, at least I get a few weeks away from Alcatraz Island and vent by staying at the finest hotels, 5-star dining, and energetically pursue having fun activities, like taking 160 mph rides in NASCAR racers at Vegas Speedway, feeding carrots to the donkeys at Oatman, gawking at the splendors of the William Randolph Hearst estate -- but mostly just cruising the highways in a great road car at 80-plus without going in circles.
