I have a 91, it has intermittent wipers, and tilt. I dont know if it matters, but I would like one with cruise on it (unless the plugs are going to be different. I am eventually going to get the rest of the stuff to put it on and would like to have the switches. I dont need the steering wheel, and if the VATS system is not in the column (Im not sure if the where the key chip resistance is measured) I wont need a key. I am in central VA so the closer the better. Someone trashed my column when they tried to steal the car, and the starting mechanism finally broke.
