I have a 1992 RS 305 700r4 TBI
I would like:
a disc brake rear end with a 3.73 gear out of a Z28, or Iroc Z.

I got one of the Aussie GM 9 bolt 3.27 rear ends with disk brakes and all included suspension from a junkyard for about $150. If you look around, you can find the 3.70 gears for these from anywhere between $100 and $400 new or used. I got a brand new set of 3.70 gears for this rear off eBay for about $150.
