I got rebuilt one from Auto Zone for about 40 bucks each. The stock ones seem to not last and quite working.

uh see there aren't any on there now....so im stumped. Lets just say that that they're on the same way on both sides (don't really now how to word it.) like not one side towards the front and the other side has one towards the back. i have no clue which one they are. Maybe that explanation helps? thats the best i can do. Im so stumped now!Originally posted by Apeiron

Moraine calipers are cast iron, used from the factory from 82-88, and were mounted facing in opposite directions on the rear.
PBRs are aluminum, used from 89+, mounted facing the same way.
If both of yours are facing the same way, it sounds like you need PBRs.

come to think of it im pretty sure it was out of an 89 IROC....where can i get them?

Any parts store will have them. If your car is an 87 you'll probably need a few more odds and ends to make things work, like rotors, hoses, parking brake cables, etc.
got the parking brake cable and hoses just needed the calipers and rotors. ITs an 89 3.27 going into a 87 replacing the 2.73 peg leg
