What would the shipping be though? I can't get rid of a driver's side door for shipping reasons. My zip is 93446. thanks, GN3 FBDY Daniel

I am asuming on the weight for the shipping, I have the trans in my truck, and will stop by the post office tomorrow, I will not have time today, and give you the total with shipping, Thats @ $400.00 for the trans, to your door, including shipping, which may be a little more, remember I am guessing on the final weight, and let you know saturday.

Yeah, let me know! What motor is it behind right now? I'm looking to put it behind a 305 from a 84 H.O. Z-28 motor. It's eventually going to be a power plant for a rat rod. Do you know if that combo will bolt up? I ask because it had a 700R4 behind it before. Not sure if there are adapter plates needed to make that work. I'm new to the nuts and bolts section of the hot rod world, but am enjoying learning about the subject. I figure a rot rod will be a good project to learn on. Any info you have will be appreciated.

It came out of an 84 Trans Am, 80k miles, that was the original miles. I also have a bell housing for the v8 t5, for $65 more that includes shipping to your door, it is in a box already. and all you will need is the flywheel, clutch setup and pedals, I think I have the tourque arm mount, and the console 5-speed shift plate too.

The trans is from a 305 car, it will fit all chevy small v8s, you will need a 2 piece rear seal flywheel, 83-86 v8 camaro or T/A, I do not have one of those, not too hard to come by, I will look and see what else I have for the swap, and make a list for you to what else you will need, its not too hard to swap auto to manual, you just need to get all the parts prior to starting the swap.
