I have one. Has the blower motor, squirrel cage fan, hose, electrical connections and plugs plus pigtails of wire. This is the box that mounts to the firewall of the passenger side of the car in the engine compartment.

I was just looking at my ac delete heater box and it is too junky. I found that it has a rust hole right where one of the nylon nuts goes through the flange at the bottom. I think it is repairable, there is some surface rust, nothing that a good sanding and a coat of primer and paint would beautify.
