I need the ground effect moulding that goes behind the right rear tire (passenger side) for a 1983-84 Z28. Needs to be in good condition with no tabs missing or shredded fiberglass.

I think there's an 83-84 in one of the wrecking yards here that has the piece you're looking for. Let me know if you want me to check on it for you, and what it's worth to you. Pat.

 

I guess about $30 bucks with about $10 for shipping? $40 total... Thats what I see on ebay, but they have 85 and up. Mine has to be 83-84 Z28 so it matches to the bumper.

 

Tell ya what Kevin. I'll swing by the yard on Monday and make sure they have one in good shape. I'll get in touch with you after that. Don't worry, I definitely know the difference between the 85 and newer gfx versus 82-84 style.

 

Hey Kevin. The one yard that had an 83-84 Z/28 ended up sending it to the crusher not long ago. Go figure eh? There's one more yard here I'm going to check that might have a couple in it. I'll get back to you within a couple of days and let you know what I find. Pat.

The 82's are slightly different than the 83-84 model trim.
