Hi I need a 305 4bbl PROM for a 1983 Firebird 305 4bbl auto or equivalent. My prom part # is 1226381. I also need a full wiring and emissions/vac. diagram for the same car.

 

I have one from an 84 and a 85 will dig them out and check the # on them.

 

Dave, the 85 won't work. The 84 will work if it is from a 305 4bbl 4 speed auto, I think. I am probably better off just ordering the right prom from rockauto for $45.

 

According to the tag on the ecm it was a 84 305ho 5 speed car.

i've got one from a 305 h.o car that was an automatic i dont know what your wanting to pay but fo $50 shipped i'll send you the whole ecm with the prom in it.

 

I have a good wprking ECM and PROM out of an 83 TA that had the LG4/auto. $40 plus shipping.

 

84, I only need the prom, not the ecm. I can get a new prom from rockauto for $45. Would you be willing to sell just the prom? Otherwise I'm going to order a new one over the next couple days, hoping to have the new motor in shortly.

 

No because im actually using it as a backup for my 84. I would only sell it if someone needed the ECM and PROM. Without the PROM, its useless to me.

 

$40 shipped and i'll give you the ecm and prom I'm not gonna use it anytime soon.
