It looks like a hose right?

 

I think that is the EGR tube. It routes EGR gases from the valve to the intake to help reduce emissions. I have one here on a '92 parts car and it looks to be in good shape (possibly replaced at some time). I'll pull it and ship it to you for $12.

 

It's the EGR tube I just found out..Is this going to be a junk yard part or do auto parts store carry them?

 

looks like an egr hose to me . similar one used on tpi with vortec heads.
just my guess

 

92 the same as the 88 EGR tube? Do you have a pic of it?

 

I can get you a pick, but it looks exactly the same as yours - only a little newer! Let run outside and snap one off.
