Hey, I'm lookiing for a set of used Hooker 2055s, SLP, or Edelbrock TES with a y-pipe that will fit a 1990 Trans Am. I cant pay more than $250, unless they have been jet-hot coated and are in good shape. Thanks!

Do those SLP headers come with AIR tubes, and are they 1 5/8 or 1 3/? Also, do both the Edelbrocks and SLP come with everything I need to install them?

you will need to have a cat converter flange welded onto the edelbrock ones. or if not running a cat, weld in a straight pipe.

 

Thanks ron, but I need a set that would fit a slip fit 3" converter with no flange. Thanks for the response though! But to everyone else I am still looking for a pair of headers.

3. Up to $250 (unless they have been Jet-Hot coated)
4. Must fit a slip fit 3" cat
5. Must have AIR tubes

I have a set of Edelbrock headers and y pipe. Summit part # EDL-68723. They have never been installed. I did test fit them on my project truck yesterday, just to see if they would work, (they won't). All hardware and gaskets are still in the shrink wrap. They do have some scratches from being moved around for the past few years, no dents or anything. Just need a repaint. I'll take 250. shipped. I have a set of coated hedmans and y-pipe with AIR. $180 shipped. The headers are starting to show some surface rust, figures they were new and coated 2 years ago

 

Pics sent. not sure if it worked or not. I kept getting a wierd message fom Adelphia saying that my email message was blocked. But other people received a test message i sent out. I also posted them online. click the photos link in my sig and they are on page two of the album. (Very big pics not dial up friendly) but you can get a very good look at what the headers look like
