Hey anybody out there that knows a lot about this ****.. I'm looking for a blower for my car.. the engines out of a 70 police interceptor.. same thing as a corvette engine basically... 350 stock heads 10.1 compression, 2 bolt mains, steel crank bored 30 over.. proformer rpm cam and intake, domed pistons, holley 650 double pumper on it makin 352 hp 376 torque at flywheel.. how much boost do you think it should be able to handle and what kind of blower do you reccomend.. thanks for any help you can give me
Way too much compression for a blown street engine, maybe 6-8 psi. Then you are just going to have to check your plugs and make listen really well for detonation. That and maybe mix some race gas into your premium.

a set of 76cc combustion chamber heads could lower your compression ratio enough but only if you have like 64cc heads now. and the only engine that was designated as a "police interceptor" (over used) was a 440 used in some police cars and the 392 used in really old crown vics (50's) was called the highway patrol.
