305 with 600 cfm carb...you're probably gonna need to flow more cfm's than that for pretty much any power adding setup. Also can't see your sig from this reply board, but you'll want a "bigger" cam when you add power adder, which will need the more cfm's also.
If you go big enough where the motor is real "lopey" then you will loose alot of your boost. The reason being is that your intake and exhaust valves would be open at the same time for a short moment, and the boost would travel straight thru.

what onebinky says is true and for this reason i think you don't want less than 108 degrees of lobe separation, but you'll have to recheck my numbers because i'm not positive, just wanted you to know that you're going to need more air and fuel when you add turbo, supercgarger, or n2o.

this is not completely true.it all depends on the application,the motor.if this is going to be street motor the zz4 should be set for 10 psi tops or 150 hp shot.
