For those of you who upgraded, did the NOVI compressors bolt right up to your SN-93 TPI brackets? Thanks!

Ive never seen a true NOVI on a 3rd gen... ever.

I dont think that they will bolt up to the brackets either.

Called Paxton.

I think a friend of mine actually called them years ago about doing this and they said they can build brackets for anything but would need dimensions.

no but a SN-2000 might work, there is a company in florida that rebuilds and upgrades older SN-series blowers. there name has "wheel" in it.

Paradise Wheels I believe rebuilds the ball drive superchargers now. I think they can add a "HP" impeller to the unit, but I belive the SN-93 is always stuck with a max rpm in the 38K range. I was wanting to upgrade the head unit to something with specs in the 50K rpm range.
(But still using my sn-93 brackets)
Can anyone else provide some upgrade advise? Thank You!

I think you have confused types of blowers. A VR4 is the badass of the SN line ball drive line. They did have a Novi ball drive blower, but was just a SN ball drive unit. Call Paradise an get an upgrade to the VR4, but you better be able to cool it.

Way I see it, a ball drive is a ball drive and its a waste of $$.

You used to be able to get Novi gear driven blowers for the TBI trucks... I wonder if you could bolt one of those kits onto a thirdgen and then fabricate some kind of tubing for it. I suppose it would be possible.

I wouldnt waste any time on a ball driven... VR4 or SN2000...

I had a Novi GSS ball drive at one time and it was a hunk of **** just like the SN93 unit.

I sold it and converted to a Vortech and was a lot happier.
