Can a carb NOS system be used for TPI?

A really dumb question but have to ask. I have a NOS compition shot up to 250 plate system. It is still sealed in the box. Now would someone with a fuel injection be able to use it. Lets say a 99 C5? The kit was $800 brand new and I am not going to use it and want to sell it. Where would be a good place?

You should call up NOS, and ask them what you would need to convert the system. I'm guessing it'd be a few hundred.

I could be wrong b/c I don't know a lot about nitrous, but I think a lot of Mustang boys buy the carb kits and use them on their fuel injected 5.0s. I know this b/c that is what my brother did. He bought a carb kit, then bought a different nozzle that looks kind of like a "Y" then drilled a hole in his rubber boot before the throttle body and somehow mounted the nozzle in it. I know you would have to buy the "Y", and probably a few other fittings for things like the schrader valve, but I think you end up saving atleast a couple hundred dollars. I think they do this b/c you can get certain carb kits alot cheaper than most fuel injection kits.

Yea I know that most carb kits are cheaper then fuel injection kits. I paid $800 for this kit from jegs. I am not sure if I want to put it in my car yet. If I do it would be easy and I will need a higher flowing fuel pump. I was jsut asking because I ahve a couple of friends with LS1 that want NOS in their cars and wanted to know what it would take to make this kit work.
