Do you have a scan tool or laptop w/ diagnostic software? The best bet would be to monitor your INT and BLM readings during part throttle conditions, and watch your oxygen sensor readings under WOT. Your INT and BLM values should be 128, plus or minus 10. Oxygen sensor voltage should be high 800's or low 900's. This is the information I've gathered from reading on the web. Now here is a site that talks about how to pick the right size injectors for your setup. http://streber.net/jflracecraft/main...tion_setup.htm For my setup with 22lb injectors, I ran 50 psi fuel pressure and had the FMU set to give 70 psi under boost. With the 30lb injectors I ran 35 psi fuel pressure with no FMU. I'm still trying to tweak my fuel system, but hopefully I shed a little light on this for you.

Don't mean to bring this back up but.

NO FMU with the 30lbers?? Why??

I'm in the same boat. Thinking of newer injectors, FMU haunting me.

The reason I ran with no FMU while using the 30lb injectors was because I had the stock chip. The computer thought I had 22lb injectors still, so at wide open throttle I was already getting way too much fuel. Adding more fuel with a FMU would have just made it worse. I ended up going back to the 22lb injectors temporarily because I just couldn't juggle the fuel issues with a stock chip and way oversized injectors. I've since bought the stuff to do my own chip burning, so this weekend the 30lb injectors will be going back in, along with a custom chip that has the correct injector constant.
