whats plugs work good for nitrous?
I just fouled my plugs and I'm just going to buy my nitrous plugs now. I might not get a N20 kit for several months though, are there any negative side effects to running a colder plug?
what brand plugs seem to work best when using nitrous?

dont run platinums of course, running cooler plugs in suggested with nitrous, a down fall of running cooler plugs sometimes is fouling, My dyno sez the autolite non resistor "race" series is the shiz nit.

I need a plug that will work with vortec heads. They require a longer thread base and no one in town can find a plug with longer threads yet short ground strap and resessed electrode.
I know there's a few vortec guys running n20.. what plugs do you use!?

The plugs that I use in my vortec heads are AC R42lts. I had the same trouble finding plugs for my heads but I went to NAPA and this women told me the part number right off the top of her head. The R42lts plug is actually about 3 ranges colder than the standard R45's but since I am very, very cautious I stayed conservative. I'm only running 125 hp shot right now. I'd say that if you aren't going to run over a 125 hp shot you could use the AC R44lts plugs.

what I have in my car right now are r44ltsm's
not sure what m stands for, but the ground strap on these are freakin massive
how is the ground strap on your 42's?
I'll take a look at those ones,
how many passes have you done with those plugs?
i seriously cannot see my 44ltsm's lasting more than a tenth of a second with nitrous.

The ground strap looks about like regular plugs. Not really wide or anything. I've run about 4 bottles on these plugs so far and no problems. I check them when I get home from racing and so far so good. I'm getting ready to leave right now to go to the Northwest Tennessee motorsports raceway. Street cars only tonight. I'll probably run another bottle through tonight. I'll check my plugs again tomorrow and let you know if they are the same.
