Its been a year since the car ran. We cleaned it up the other night after we were done working on it.

If i keep on the pace I am on right now, the car will run by Sunday afternoon.

Here is what is left to do to get the car to start:
-Mount alternator
-fix wastegate pipe
-turbo brace
-radiator hoses
-water hoses to heads from water pump
-oil supply line and drain line
-install battery
-plumb boost controller
-plumb oil pressure gauge line
-plumb boost gauge line
-plumb tranny temp line
-spark plugs
-spark plug wires
-misc small wiring and grounds to attach

As you can see, there is not a lot to do. I can have the car RUN
To drive it here is what is left in addition
-driveshaft (ordering friday I hope and last item that needs purchased)
-install brake master cylinder
-install line lock and prop valve with new lines
-install windshield
-motor limiter rod

Its VERY VERY damn close now.

 

weel its a boot time eh? me lad think ye might be a lil' nippy what with all that hot stuff. in meh due time ye' will be seein' me the scars of drivetrain loss eh? weel don't cha look at meh like thet. I'll be all over tha naught issue of yeh brain meh told ya. yeh thirdgen might a bit be lookin' fer trouble of the tire traction type meh thinky's. it'll all a get thee a new set o' them things real soon it may. perhap ye' thinky er' the time had come fer the you to 'write somthin special you may, be teachin us on-lookys a lesson er' two. mayhap yeh be tellin' us a story real soon.
