Who's running nitrous on their 305??`
I'm thinking about possibly upgrading my exhaust and getting a 100hp NX wet kit for my car to pass the time until the motor is done. I'm curious about who else is spraying their 305 and how it's working out? My motor is currently stock with 76k, so it this a bad idea or what? I can't really afford to blow this motor up since this is my only means of transportation and I really don't want to pay for and engine rebuild since I'm trying to devote my funds ot the stroker motor. Please give me your experiences and advice. Thanks.
Search around this forum a little bit you will see sever people running nitrous. I don't run nitrous myself (yet) but I believe the general understanding is that a stock motor in good condition should not have any trouble with 100-125 HP shot of nitrous. That is assuming that it is installed correctly and that your fuel supply is in good working order. You might want to turn the timing back a couple of degrees.

I did a search and found some info. I'd also like to know what other people with 305's are running on the spray and what other mods they have. Also, if I'm gonna spray only once in a while, do I need to use colder plugs? If so will they effect my everyday normal driving or have a shorter life from regular everyday driving? Thanks.
