Anyone have an opinion on this book "21st Century Turbo"

my brother has a subscription to a newletter put out by that guy about turbos and its some good stuff, I guess the book is just all of the newsletters put together or something. but from what I've read, you can't go wrong with the guy that writes it. I'd say go for it.
