Cog driven PRO CHARGER/centrifugal supercharger - Anyone have pics, need help!!

I am installing a cog F1R Procarger on my 91, TPI 350, and was wondering if anyone has already done one (a cog setup) while retaining serp driven accesories? The dilemma I am running into is that the charger pulleys mount right to the head where the factory pulleys are, so I have to space one of the two out, or do some tricky bracketry. Also where have you mounted the accessories, I know this kit was designed for "race only", but I want to keep AC, and PS, I don't mind tossing the air pump. Also, if anyone has Pro Charger pics, of the 3row intercooler/piping (TOM) please post or e-mail me them, I have to fab all my own piping and need suggestions!! Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,
Nick Augustine

Tory Hess on this board has a F1R procharged 87 Formula. He may chime in here. His is cog driven as well.

It moves much more air than I anticipated, especially with the ASM mono blade throttle body port matched. I actually am still running lean at 5500 on up. With the new Aeromotive pump, FP dropped 5 PSI at 5000. The 72 LB. per hour injectors were maxed-hopefully, I don't need bigger injectors. So I am adding the Aeromotive FP controller (16302) to shock the pump volts from 12 to 13.5 at 3500 RPM. The pump (11104) flows 650 GPH@13.5V. Then I can see what this combo can really do!

Thanks BBUNTING, but my setup bolts directly to the head, where did you put your alternator, is PS in the same spot, and what about AIR?

Thanks again,
Nick

BBUNTING posted a pick of his Vortech system. Not even close to yours. I've been looking at a system like yours(and a couple similar ones) every night this week when I was hangin at ASSC. Now I really wish my camera hadn't died; I could have hook'd a brother up.

Nickg124,
Good luck running any accy's with that setup. It is designed around a short style waterpump combo, and is a "race" kit. Here is a link that shows an F1R setup on a thirdgen.

If you already have the kit, and want something you can run accesories with, and want the "large" displacement s/c, I'll trade you a Y/S-trim setup for it .

yeah right blownbird, I payed almost as much as my car for that damn kit!

Well thanks for the link, I was hoping that someone already did this (with accesories), but I guess I will be a pioneer. It doesn't hurt that my dad owns a machine shop, and custom fab/welding shop.... and a powder coating/anodizing shop....

Also, has anyone done a front mount ATI 3ROW Cooler, or am I gonna be the first to do that too?....

Thanks for your input guys!! keep up the good work!!

p.s.- 96BlownSSragtop I can read... (A huge V on the head unit)
