100 Shot Safe?

I have a 305 TBI :-( i know...... anyways I was wondering if a 100hp shot would be too much....the engine has, yes 116,000 on it. It has many other mods done to it, but as far as the engine goes I have already put in new rods and roller rockers but haven't touched the Cam, lifers, pistons, ect. Would it be able to withstand the added power? I am planning to rebuild in the spring so do you think it would last for that long?

Thanks,
Anthony

I sprayed 150 on my near stock 91. I put at least 40 10lb bottles through it in 3 months and I the only problem I ever had were backfires, but they were all my fault (platinum plugs, oil soaked wires=bad miss, and no gas )

I ran a 125 shot yesterday at the track with my 91 RS with 136,000 miles on it and it ran great!!!! The first thing to do is to make sure you turn your fuel presure regulator all the way up and retard your timming enough.
Buy some new cold plugs and gap them at .035 and you should be fine. I ran it twice with 125 shot of the line and it took very well with ET streets on the back and drag lites in the front.
