Super Ram?
Super Ram?
Ok guys.... gotta local guy that works with sheet metal that said he could make me the plenum for under 300.
I wasnt sure if I should go with this or just save and buy a Stealth Ram.
He plans on taking the stock tubes, cutting them in half, then making brackets so they can bolt and gasket up to the bottom of the custom plenum. So I would have shorter tubes... and he will make the plenum to the spec of an Accel Superram. Think this is a good idea? Will these "half" runners actually work? Or will this combo still choke the motor?
I need to be able to revv up to about 6500.

yeah and its $1100 price tag makes lotsa sense when compared to the $500 stealth ram, but hey atleast the miniram fits under the hood.

I doubt it, but a mini ram with its non-existent runner length will for sure. The hood clearance is a legitimate concern, but it gives you an excuse to get a cowl.
